Returns policy
Unopened, undamaged stock can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
Faulty or transit-damaged goods: report within 48 hours with photos and we replace at no cost.
Custom-cut cables, commissioned containerised systems and clearance items are non-returnable.
